In view of the fact that the petitioner sought limited relief in the writ petition to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 07.10.2024 by the third respondent, in our considered view, it is appropriate and reasonable to dispose of this writ petition without going into the merits of the case by directing the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 07.10.2024 within a stipulated time to meet the ends of justice.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 07.10.2024, by following due process of law within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
