This petition has been filed seeking direction to the official respondents herein to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb, while he erecting the fence or constructing wall in his land extending 1.25 Acres comprised in Survey No.426/1A, Udkadai Vazhavandalpuram, Puthur Village, Pottalpatti Post, Rajapalayam Taluk, Virudhunagar District, on the basis of the Petitioner's representation dated 03.10.2019. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that enquiry was conducted and closed on 14.10.2019. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
