[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] Prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 29.01.2025 in the light of the Rules 631 of Tamil Nadu Prison Rules, 1983.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Thiruvadi Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions,

submitted that subsequent representation of the petitioner, dated 28.02.2025 has been rejected by the 4th respondent vide proceeding No.364/ngjrpk/2025> dated 06/05/2025 and to that effect, he has also produced a copy of the proceeding before this Court.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceeding of the 4th respondent, dated 06.05.2025 in the manner known to law, if so desired.
