ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in the above case. Hence, he prayed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police has submitted that till date due to non appearance of the petitioner, the trial Court issued Non Bailable Warrant against the petitioner on 11.06.2019. 5. Taking into consideration of the fact that there is no change in facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
