O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 09.07.2024 in W.P(MD)No.15124 of 2024 in true letter and spirit. 2.While disposing the above said writ petition, this Court directed the respondents to consider the petitioner claim for granting pensionary benefits and also family pension along with reasonable interest at the rate of 6% and pass orders on merits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. During the course of hearing, Mr.Sachikumar, learned Counsel for the respondents submits that the in compliance of the orders of this Court, the respondent passed order on 05.03.2025 and the same was also communicated to the petitioner. Challenging the said order, the petitioner filed a writ petition in W.P.(MD).No.7724 of 2025 before this Court.

4. In view of the above factual position, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in the present contempt petition.
