ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 05.12.2025 and 21.01.2026 and consequently to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent authorities to conduct a proper investigation into the voice recordings and the allegations of sexual harassment against the teacher, T. Stalin, i.e., the 3rd respondent, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been taken on file and referred to the Child Welfare Committee. It is further submitted that, after obtaining the report, appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.

The respondents are directed to proceed further on the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks after receiving the report from the Social Welfare Officer.
