Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.ANAND KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3631 of 2017, dated 28.03.2017. 2.When this petition came up for hearing on 26.04.2017, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, vide order dated 28.03.2017, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a direction to surrender before the Court below within 15 days and to execute sureties. But he could not able to execute sureties before the Court below and hence, he prayed for further time. 3.Considering the said submission, this Court directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) in the account opened for removal of Karuvelam trees and posted the matter today (28.04.2017).
4.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner reported compliance and he has also filed cost memo to that effect.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, ten days time is granted, from the date on which the order copy is made ready, to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3631 of 2017, on 28.03.2017.
