Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.PALANIVELAYUTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 05.01.2017 onwards.

3. Taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.
