ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the official respondents not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

3. Recording the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to follow the guidelines issued in the decision in the case of D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610.
