PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to withdraw the investigation in crime No. 32 of 2018 from the file of 5th respondent and to transfer the investigation to the file of the 2nd respondent with a direction to investigate into the matter and file charge sheet in accordance with law.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation in crime No. 32 of 2018 from the file of the fifth respondent and to transfer the investigation to the file of the second respondent 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police completed the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2681 of 2020 investigation, filed the final report before the concerned Court and the same has been taken cognizance in S.C.No. 14 of 2020 before the Additional District Judge, Theni and trial has also been commenced.

3.In view of the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
