ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to release and transfer the amount to the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that, though an order has been passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate in Crl.M.P. No.3251 of 2025 dated 13.10.2025, the second respondent was not a party to the said proceedings. Therefore, before releasing the amount, the second respondent has to ascertain whether the money in question belongs to the petitioner.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim, directs the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's request within a period of four

(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. While passing such order, the second respondent shall take into consideration the order dated 13.10.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate in Crl.M.P. No.3251 of 2025.
