RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Modify the condition to the effect that instead of executing of two sureties for each Petitioners may be modified as two common sureties for all the Petitioners in Crl. O. P. (MD) No. 22997 of 2016 dated 15.12.2016 to execute common sureties for all the Petitioners.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.T.RAMESH RAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KANDASAMY, the Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners may be permitted to execute common sureties. 3.Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD)No.22997 of 2016 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute common sureties and for complying with the conditions two weeks time is extended from the date on which the order copy is made ready. 4.This Petition is ordered accordingly.
