ORDER

The learned Counsel for the petitioner has addressed a letter to the Registry dated 14.02.2022, seeking leave of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition. However, he seeks liberty to file a fresh writ petition by the proper person. The same is recorded.

2.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition by the proper person.

3.The Registry is directed to return the original order copy back to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner to enable him to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action. There shall be no order as to costs.
