This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to relax the condition No.2 imposed in Crl MP No.357 of 2025 on the file of the learned Special Court for Prevention of Atrocities against Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, Sivagangai dated 02.12.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the nature of offence, the condition No.2 imposed in Crl MP No.357 of 2025 by the learned Special Judge for Prevention of Atrocities against Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, Sivagangai, dated 02.12.2025 is hereby relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
