ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking for a direction to the second respondent herein to further investigate the case in Crime No.136 of 2012 in accordance with law and to file a final report within a stipulated time on the basis of the petitioner's representation before the first respondent herein dated 13.06.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that investigation in respect of Crime No.136 of 2012 has been completed and a charge sheet is yet to be filed before the concerned court.
