This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.11.2024.
2. Mr.M.Senthil Ayyanar, learned Government Advocate (Civil Side) takes notice for the 1st respondent and Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) takes notice for the respondents Page No. 2 of 6
no.2 to 6.
3. According to the petitioner, he is the one of the depositor in the Neo Max Properties Private Limited and he sent a list of properties to the respondents for attachment, but the same has not been considered by the respondent. Hence, he filed this petition.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.2 to 6 would submit that already some of the properties were attached and now the petitioner sent a list of properties belongs to the company. They have to verify the same and after verification, they will take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
5. In view of the above said arguments of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents no.2 to 6, it is appropriate to direct the respondents no.2 to 6 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 16.11.2024 on merits and in accordance with law, within one months from the date of this Order.
