This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to give adequate Police Protection for the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members, based on the representation dated 07.02.2022.

2. The petitioner has lodged a complaint before the first and second respondents on 07.02.2022 and the same is still pending.

3. Considering the above, second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 07.02.2022 after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5 , conduct enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
