After advancing argument for some time, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal original petition and made an endorsement to that effect. The learned counsel submitted that the third petitioner being a lady, her appearance may be dispensed with before the trial Court.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

3. However, if the third petitioner has any difficulty in appearing before the trial Court, it is always open to her to file necessary application before the concerned trial Court and on filing such application, the trial Court is directed to consider the application and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
