This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tiruchirappalli to expedite the trial in S.T.C.No.1388 of 2011 and fixing a stipulated time to complete the case pending before him.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the submission made, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tiruchirappalli to expedite the trial in S.T.C.No.1388 of 2011 and complete the case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
