Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to mutate the patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the properties comprised in Survey Nos.165/2, 246/1, 246/2, 247, 248/1, 248/2, 266 measuring to an extent of 0.36.00 Hectare, 0.28.50 Hectare, 0.14.50 Hectare, 0.45.00 Hectare, 0.56.50 Hectare, 0.8.00 Hectare, 0.88.50 Hectare respectively situated at Sankarapandiapuram Village, Vembakottai tk, Virudhunagar Dt by considering his representation dt 15.08.2019 and reminder dt 03.09.2021 and pass such further or other orders as this Honble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
