This Contempt Petition is filed alleging contempt of the order, dated 08.10.2021 in W.P(MD)No.18238 of 2021.

2. The petitioner was directed to produce legal heir certificate and death certificate and appear before the respondents and three opportunities were granted to the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that inspite of three opportunities the petitioner did not produce any legal heir certificate and death certificate.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Contempt petition is dismissed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to restore the Contempt Petition, if the petitioner is inclined to produce the legal heir certificate and death certificate along with the restoration petition.
