Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.M.MADASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.MAYIL VAHANA RAJENDREN, Additional Public Prosecutor for R1 and No appeared for R2 the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 5016 days in filing the revision.

2.The Petitioner has preferred the revision as against the order passed by the Executive Magistrate/first respondent, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 18..4.2013 to give protection for the temple festival to be conducted from 20.4.2003 to 30.4.2003. Even in the order passed by

the first respondent/Executive Magistrate, permission is granted only for ten days in the year 2003. Hence there is no reason to condone the delay, as nothing survives to be adjudicated in this matter.
