ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 and 2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the respondents 3 and 4 is dispensed with. 2.It is stated that the private respondents have given an application to the second respondent seeking electricity service connection. The petitioner is opposing the same. The second respondent will take note of the petitioner's objections before taking a decision on the application submitted by the private respondents. The petitioner will also be served a copy of the order that may be passed by the second respondent.

3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
