ORDER

This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.18158 of 2024, dated 22.10.2024, for producing own bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thanjavur.

2. Mr.T.Eashwar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was affected by viral fever and hence, the petitioner could not able to mobilize the funds. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the time is extended till 21.02.2025 to comply the order in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.18158 of 2024, dated 22.10.2024.
