ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime No.142 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of I.P.C r/w Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition for Women Harassment Act and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to wordy quarrel, the petitioners attacked the defacto complainant and in which, the defacto complainant sustained injuries.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have nothing to do with the alleged offence and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that the injured is still taking treatment as inpatient. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the nature of offence and also considering the fact that the injured is still in hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
