The criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family members, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.05.2019.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that a criminal complaint has been pending against the petitioner alleging that he is involved in job rocketing and collected huge amount from innocent people. Hence, for the purpose of enquiry, the petitioner has been called for by Amattur Police Station, Virudhunagar District. Without appearing for the enquiry, the present petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Considering the fact that the enquiry is pending, the petitioner is directed to appear before Amattur Police Station, Virudhunagar District and co-operate for the enquiry and the Inspector of Police, Amattur Police Station, Virudhunagar District is directed to complete the enquiry within a reasonable time.

4. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
