O R D E R

This petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in crime No.99 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent police, as against the petitioner.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after investigation, the first respondent laid the charge sheet and the same was taken cognizance in S.C.No.151 of 2016 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
