This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the sole Accused to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.429 of 2011 on the file of the respondent Police.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was in possession of CDs for his own use and hence, the question of infringement of copy right Act, will not arise. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that even before filing of this petition, the F.I.R has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ closed on 19.07.2013 itself 'as further action was dropped' and

hence, this petition has become infructuous.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
