Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.SANTHANAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate(Crl.side) for R1 the court made the following order:- The petitioner/defacto complainant has come up with this petition seeking to cancel the anticipatory bail order, dated 15.12.2016, granted to the respondents 2 to 4/A2 to A4 in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.23167 of 2016 by this Court.
2.It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that it is a case of case in counter and that only due to subsequent events, he has come up with this petition to cancel the anticipatory bail order, dated 15.12.2016. When this Court posed a specific question as to whether any criminal complaint has been lodged as to the subsequent event, he has replied that no such complaint has been lodged. Court is not inclined to cancel the anticipatory bail order dated 15.12.2016. Therefore, this petition is dismissed. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the first respondent Police to complete the investigation at the earliest in this case as well as in the counter case and to file charge sheet within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
