ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 herein not to harass the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that number of civil suits are pending between the petitioner and the fourth respondent and based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, the respondents 1 to 3 are harassing the petitioner. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the fourth respondent has given a complaint against the petitioner alleging that pending suits, the petitioner is trying to alienate the property. Based on the complaint of the fourth respondent, the petitioner was called for enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the fact that the civil suits are pending between the parties, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
