RESPONDENT/PETITIONER/PETITIONER Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to permit the petitioner to withdraw litigation expenses and arrears of maintenance amount of Rs.30,000/- and every monthly maintenance of Rs.4000/- which was also deposited by my husband and thus render justice.

Pleased to call for the records to relating the order passed in Judgment and decree passed in I.A.No.558 of 2018 in H.M.O.P.No.52 of 2018 dated 28.09.2018 on the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli and set aside the same.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.SIVACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.KARUNANIDHI, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (Order of this court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) There is no serious objection for allowing the petition. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited towards the litigation expenses and the arrears of amount of maintenance namely the sum of Rs.30,000/-.

CMP(MD) No.1982 of 2020 Rs.2,000/- to the appellant towards monthly maintenance as directed by the Court below.
