Prayer :- The Criminal Revision Petition is filed u/s 227 of Constitution Of India to call for the records relating to the proceedings in DVC.No.1 of 2022 on the file of the judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam and quash the same.

ORDER:- This Criminal Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 29/11/2022, wherein direction was given to the Court below to dispose of the case in D.V.C.No.1/2022, within a period of five months and upon perusing the letter received from the District Munsif, FAC of Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, Forwarded by The Principal District Judge, Srivilliputhur at Virudhunagar in D.No.11988/23 dated,14/12/2023, this Court made the following order:

This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time for lower 1/3

court'.

2. By an order dated 29.11.2022, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in D.V.C.No.1 of 2022 within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. The Court below has now submitted a letter in D.No.11988/2023 dated 14.12.2023 with a request of four months time to comply with the order of this Court dated 29.11.2022 made in C.R.P(MD)No.390 of 2022.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons given, the time is extended by four months to comply with the order dated 29.11.2022, without any further delay.
