ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b) and 498 (A) of IPC, in Crime No. Not Known of 2019, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, CSR.No.170 of 2019 has been issued and after conducting enquiry, the said complaint was closed on 30.05.2019 and as on date no case is pending https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ against the petitioner herein.
