Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

2. The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to renew the No Objection Certificate (NOC) for the petitioner Unit by considering the petitioner's application dated 06.01.2020.

3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 06.01.2020 and pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
