ORDER

Heard the leaned counsel either side.

2.This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus. I am of the view that the competent authority must take a call in the matter and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 17.01.2021 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent would obviously take note of the circulars issued by the Transport Commissioner in this regard.
