ORDER
(This writ petition is heard through video conference) This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by this petitioner, dated 12.02.2021.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, the case in Crime No.67 of 2021, under Section 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC was registered against the private respondents herein and after that the accused persons threatened them to withdraw the complaint, in respect of which, he has made a representation dated 12.02.2021, before the second respondent. Since the same was not acted upon till date, the present criminal original petition has been filed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2562 of 2021 before this Court, seeking appropriate directions. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), submits that the representation made by the petitioner will be considered on its own merits and the authorities will pass orders.
4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, a direction is given to the second respondent herein to consider the representation made by the petitioner, on 12.02.2021 and pass orders on merits by considering urgency and by taking into account the circumstances of the case, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
