This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, the petitioner was called for enquiry. Now, after conducting enquiry the second respondent police has closed the complaint directing the parties to approach the District Crime Branch.
3. In the above circumstances, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
