ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, for the offence punishable under sections 147,148,448,294(b),324,354,342,506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 1998 in Crime No.5 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

3.The case of the prosecution is that the daughter of the accused 1 & 3 eloped with the son of the defacto complainant. The petitioner along with other accused said to have abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and attacked him by questioning whereabouts of the girl and boy. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this is the second petition filed by the petitioner for anticipatory bail. The earlier petition was dismissed as against the petitioner, by the order of this Court on 04.02.2022 on the ground that the petitioner is having 302, 307 IPC case pending against him. He further submits that there is no specific overt act as against the petitioner in the First Information Report.

5. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side)strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, as he is still having pending case under Section 307 IPC.

6.Perusal of the First Information Report shows that the petitioner is actively participated in the alleged occurrence. 7.In view of the same, and taking into consideration the fact that there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 8.Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
