ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to initiate the proceedings under Section 145 of Cr.P.C., based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the representation of the petitioner, under Section 145 of Cr.P.C. proceedings has been conducted and closed by the second respondent on 19.02.2021.

3.Recording the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
