ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the third respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for official respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, they issued CSR.No.66 of 2025 and thereafter, made enquiry and closed the complaint as civil in nature. Therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. During the enquiry, the respondents have not harassed the petitioner. 2/4

3. Recording the above said submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the official respondents, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
