Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.

ORDER
The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.
2. Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would contend that the fourth respondent lodged a complaint against the present petitioner and four others and the same was registered in C.No.33/03787/61/2021 and posted for enquiry. He also submitted a copy of the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent to this Court.
3. A persual of the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent clearly shows that the matter in dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent is purely civil in nature and the fourth https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2550 of 2021 respondent has also filed a suit, for declaration of his title and also for a declaration that the release deed dated 15.03.2019 is null and void, in O.S.No.194 of 2020 before the Subordinate Judge, Thoothukudi.
4. In the circumstances, the second respondent police is directed to dispose of the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order / uploading of the order, after giving notice to the private respondent, based on findings and on merits.
5. With the above observation, the present Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
