ORDER
This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case for alleged offences, based on the complaint dated 06.12.2014 of the petitioner and to investigate the case. Pursuant to the complaint, neither has any case beenregistered nor an investigation conducted. Hence, the petitioner has preferred the present petition, seeking a direction to register the case.
2.Learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submits that case has been registered in Crime No.3 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent police.
3.Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
