ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry of any false complaint. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is a habitual offender and he is having four previous cases for the offences under Sections 302 IPC and 307 IPC and further, the petitioner is history sheeted in H.S.NO.217 of 2009.

3. Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has bad antecedents and he is a history sheeted person, this Court is of the view that the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

granted. This Court is of the view that in order to escape any interrogation if required by police, this petitioner is trying to stall the same by using the order if any granted in favour of him.
