ORDER

This petition is filed to transfer the investigation in crime No.156 of 2014 from the 2nd respondent to any other appropriate agency for further proper investigation.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the FIR in crime No.156 of 2014 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent has been enquired and the same was closed on 14.04.2016 as 'Action Dropped'.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
