RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extent the time for further period of one month to comply the condition order dated 24.10.2016 passed in Crl.OP (MD)No.16870 of 2016 on the file of this Honourable Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SIVABALAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANADASAMY Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed praying to extend the time to surrender and execute the sureties before the Court concerned, as per the order dated 24.10.2016.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Perusal of the records would show that anticipatory bail was granted as per the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16870 of 2016, dated 24.10.2016, directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.14,00,000/- within a period of three weeks in Crime No.26 of 2016 before the concerned Court, but the accused failed to appear and deposit the amount, within the stipulated time. The Petitioner filed Crl.M.P.(MD)No.12364 of 2016 praying for extension of time to comply with the conditional order dated 24.10.2016. Again the petitioner filed the present application for further extension because of demonetization of the issue.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant a further period of three weeks time from the date of receipt of a copy of this orders.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
