ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 457 and 380 of IPC, in Crime No.44 of 2015 and seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is running a grocery shop in his village, while so, on 24.03.2015, during night hours some un-known persons entered into the shop and stolen a property worth about Rs.14,000/- and Rs.6,000/- cash.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit the respondent police has called the petitioner continuously for enquiry, but, he has not chosen to appear. He further submitted that after arguing at length, the petitioner has withdrawn the earlier petition filed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18298 of 2015, on 22.09.2015 and the other petitioners A2 to A4 were already arrested and still in custody.
