O R D E R

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is 1/4

the defacto Complainant. Based on his complaint, the Respondent Police had registered a case in Crime No.37 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC. Till date, the investigation had not been completed. Therefore, the Petitioner seeks directions to complete the investigation.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramnad had closed the investigation on 13.07.2020.

3.The learned Counsel for the Petitioner claims ignorance of the notice on the Petitioner/defacto Complainant. 4.The Petitioner is directed to approach the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramnad and file appropriate petition, if he is so advised. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramnad, shall entertain the petition to be filed by the Petitioner, since the Petitioner had not been informed about the dropping of the investigation by the Investigating Officer. After hearing the Petitioner, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, 2/4

Ramnad may pass appropriate orders.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
