ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 06.09.2018, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioners and as such the case is posted today (i.e., 07.09.2018) under the caption for dismissal. Today, also none appears on behalf of the petitioners. 2.However, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the present quash petition is filed as against the proceedings in M.C.No.94 of 2013, on the file https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the first respondent herein. Now, the entire proceedings initiated in M.C.No.94 of 2013, on the file of the first respondent, is completed and closed.

3.The prayer sought for in the present petition has become infructuous. Therefore nothing survives in this present petition. 4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
