PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 2nd Respondent not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on a complaint given by the third respondent.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on a complaint given by the third respondent with regard to the allegations of Job rocketing, petition enquiry was initiated in CSR No.G5/19247/1682/GDP/19 conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.
3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
