This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to quash the F.I.R in Crime No. 13 of 2022 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2. The petitioners have moved this application that the matter has been compromised between the parties.

3. The allegation as against the petitioners is that they have taken obscene photographs of the defacto complainant and intimidated him that it will be published in the web-site and they have collected a sum of Rs. 86,510/- from the defacto complainant.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the nature of offences are against the Society, which cannot be quashed on the ground of compromise.
